Save Our Mangroves Now

I work as an otter conservationist to reverse the decline of mangrove habitats in Vietnam and across the globe to restore biodiversity, protect livelihoods, and mitigate against the impacts of the climate  crisis. Why mangroves matter - Superheroes of biodiversity Survival artists, nature’s kindergarten, climate savers – mangroves are versatile superheroes. They are habitat and nursery for over 3000 fish species, can store 3 to 5 times more carbon per area than tropical upland forests, and provide livelihoods for over 120 million people. But this unique ecosystem is under threat: more than a third of all mangrove forests have disappeared since the mid-20th century due to agriculture, logging, and urbanization. Quận 1 ăn bún đậu mắm tôm ở đâu ngon nhất?

Một phần bún đậu mắm tôm thơm ngon, bổ dưỡng, đầy đủ bao gồm bún, đậu rán, thịt luộc, rau thơm, dồi, nem rán, chả cốm...có thể thay thế bữa ăn chính của bạn. Một quán bún đậu ngon phụ thuộc rất nhiều vào chén mắm tôm pha đúng cách, hòa quyện cùng với đường, ớt tươi được cắt nhỏ và tắc được pha theo đúng tỉ lệ vừa ăn, đánh lên cho sủi bọt. Khi đến quận 1 muốn ăn phần bún đậu mắm tôm chuẩn như thế các bạn sẽ đến những địa điểm sau đây

1. Bún đậu Homemade

Giá: 100k - 150k/người 
Giờ mở cửa: 10h-20h30 
Nhận xét: Đồ ăn ngon nhưng phí gửi xe hơi đắt. Quán trang trí đèn lồng giống phố cổ Hội An. Bạn nào vừa muốn thưởng thức món ăn chuẩn Hà Nội và chụp hình sống ảo thì đây chính là một địa điểm lí tưởng.


2. Ngõ nhỏ phố nhỏ 
Địa chỉ: đường Pasteur 
Giá: 80k-90k/người 
Giờ mở cửa: 10h - 20h
Nhận xét: Quán nằm trên đường Pasteur, đặc điểm nhận dạng quán Ngõ Phố Nhỏ là chiếc cổng sắt màu xanh. Lưu ý vị trí quán nằm trong hẻm nhỏ rất khó tìm nên các bạn nhớ để ý kĩ khi đi đến. 
Về phần đồ ăn trong một phần khá ít so với mức giá thêm nữa quán không tặng kẹo thơm miệng và khăn giấy tính tiền riêng. Nhưng bù lại nem chua rán ăn rất lạ miệng hơn những chổ khác, còn trà thì ngon hết sảy.


3. A Chảnh

Địa chỉ : đường Cống Quỳnh

Giá: 70k-80k/ người 

Giờ mở cửa: 10h-22h 

Quán làm đồ ăn vừa miệng nhưng hơi ít rau, bù lại đậu hũ rất nhiều.Các bạn muốn không gian thoáng mát có thể ghé đến chi nhánh trên đường Cống Quỳnh của quán. Đồ chiên của quán luôn được làm nóng, giòn khi khách đến ăn, luôn để đường sẵn cho khách tự nêm theo sở thích hơn thế nữa món ăn luôn có liền không để khách đợi lâu. 



4. Bún đậu 46  

Địa chỉ: đường Cao Bá Nhạ 

Giá: 70k-80k/ người 

Giờ mở cửa: 10h-22h

Nhận xét: Phần tá lả là món được nhiều thực khách chọn ăn nhất ở quán tuy nhiên rau để riêng nên nhìn không được bắt mắt nhưng bù lại phèo luộc được quán làm rất sạch sẽ và nem chua rán quán làm rất ngon. Điểm trừ mắm tôm quá mặn, chờ món ăn rất lâu.

Vietnam’s Coral Reefs Are Dying

Coral reefs around the world have been seriously degraded over the past 20 years and Vietnam’s are no exception. These ecosystems, which are vital to sustaining oceanic biodiversity, are very sensitive to changing ocean temperatures and destructive human activities. Experts warn that within 20 years, Vietnam may not have any left. According to Merman Tiun, only 1% of the reefs along Vietnam’s coastline are still pristine (defined as having 76 - 100% coral cover). 31% are in “poor condition” (defined as having 0 – 10% coral cover).“Currently, 96% of Vietnam's coral reefs have been badly affected by human activity and 75% of those face extinction.
